About the Role

Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.


  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.

    • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
